PRE LICENSING

Our experienced instructors are here to guide you as you begin your journey to a rewarding career in Real Estate. The Academy also offers a 1 day Exam Prep course and tutoring to prepare you for the NC Real Estate Licensing Exam.

POST LICENSING

Once you have passed your NC Real Estate Licensing exam and have earned your Provisional Broker’s License, it is time to get to work on the required Post Licensing courses. You must take all three 30 hr Post Licensing courses.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

All licensees are required to take 8 hours of Continuing Education each year. Intracoastal Real Estate Academy offers a variety of elective courses along with the mandatory update courses to fit your needs. Additionally, our Onsite, Your Site program brings classes to your office for added convenience.
